  Come and join us for a quiet healing of body, mind, and spirit. Stretch your mind and body with Yoga. Enjoy the rhythm and movement of Zumba. Reflect with meditation. Pamper yourself with a makeover. Absorb the quiet and scenic surroundings at the Carlisle Reservation with a hike. Learn how to live better & longer with good nutrition. Relax in the company of vibrant and fun loving women.
